99% of the time you will deal with only one person from the first point of contact to completion of the Service needed. A verbal agreement to our rates and services is typically all that we ask for prior to coming to your facility. You will never be transferred to several different people only to repeat yourself and get disappointing results and you will know without a doubt that the tech being dispatched is well experienced and knowledgeable.

Our rates are roughly half of what the manufacturer's rates are and because we are local, travel expenses are very minimal. If a technician employed by one of the manufacturers is dispatched to your facility, just because he or she may be outfitted with a shirt bearing their logo, they could have no experience at all! And the rates will never reflect that.

We understand that if your line is down you may be losing thousands by the hour. We intentionally limit our marketing in order to keep our customer base small enough to ensure a rapid response; typically 1 to 2 days.

We are willing and able to work on any brand of Metal Detector or X-Ray machine. In the rare event that we have not yet had training on your particular brand or model, we will do the necessary research prior to arriving at your facility.
